Weldon Patteson recently filed a $4 million medical malpractice lawsuit on behalf of his client Jerry Myers who believes a Maryville based gastroenterologist caused his wife’s wrongful death earlier this year. The claim states that the minimal standard of acceptable practice was not adhered too resulting in Mrs Myers not receiving the appropriate care. Read more about the case here.
