Kevin Hardin was born in Sevierville, Tennessee and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1984, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, in 1986, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, in 1989, and the U.S. Tax Court in 1991. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville (B.S., with highest honors, 1981; J.D., with honors, 1984) and is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations.
Kevin is involved with his community and is interested in all things sports! He is a former President and Member of the Board of Directors of Fox Den Country Club, serves as a youth athletics coach with Farragut Baseball, Inc. and CBFO Football, and is active member of Central Baptist Church. Kevin also serves as a committee member for various charitable organization golf tournaments and is a Sertoma Center volunteer.
