D. Andrew (Andrew) York grew up in Overton County, Tennessee, but always wanted to practice in Knoxville since he is an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers, which is fitting since his maternal grandfather played football for the University. Andrew joined Butler, Vines, & Babb in April 2025 as an associate and will focus his practice on Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning.
Andrew resides in Clinton, Tennessee, with his wife, Jenna, who is an elementary school teacher. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys watching the University of Tennessee Athletics, playing tennis and golf, and leading a small group for Milestone Church in Oak Ridge.
